Yep, your vehicle is fully insured from pick-up to delivery. All our transport carriers are covered with the federally required liability and cargo insurance. As long as your vehicle’s on the transport truck, it’s insured.

Nope! We offer door-to-door service, meaning the driver will come right to your place to pick up your car and deliver it straight to your new home (or wherever it’s headed). In some cases, you might need to take your car to a nearby parking lot if the truck can’t access your street, usually due to city laws restricting big vehicles in certain areas. If that happens, the driver will guide you to a spot where they can load your car onto the transport truck.

Yep, you can have up to 100 lbs in the boot or cargo area of the vehicle. The items need to be in a single box or suitcase. If you want to load up more personal stuff, just let us know the estimated weight, and we’ll give you an all-inclusive price. Both front seats and the floorboards must stay clear of any personal items. The backseat has to stay empty too, unless you've got an all-inclusive rate for items to go there.

To get your vehicle ready for transport, we recommend you: disable any alarm systems, remove any loose parts, secure or take off any fragile accessories, make sure all attached accessories are either secured or removed, and give the carrier a set of keys.

Yep, the driver will give you a ring before they pick up your vehicle. All our drivers are told to give you a few hours' notice. Just let us know when you're booking if you need a longer pick-up window.

Yep. It’s not always easy to find your dream car locally, which is why a lot of folks buy their new wheels online. You can use our Escrow Service. Sensational Transport makes sure the whole vehicle sale is handled from start to finish, from choosing the car to transferring the funds, with minimal risk for both parties. We look after the interests of both the buyer and the seller to make sure the transaction runs smoothly and fairly for everyone.

Online escrow is a four-step process. It protects the seller by verifying the funds and looks after the buyer by giving them a chance to inspect the goods before any money is paid out.

Sensational Transport takes a number of steps to protect both the buyer and seller from fraud:

  • We verify the identity of all sellers involved in the transaction.

  • We confirm the ownership of the items being sold through our escrow service.

  • We ensure all payments from the buyer are verified as "good funds" before shipping begins.

  • Shipments are handled by Firstline Trucking to make sure the seller has shipped the item and the buyer has received it.

  • If the item has any undisclosed issues, the buyer can “reject” and return it during the inspection period, while the funds are still in escrow.

The services offered through Sensational Transport are perfect for most online transactions. It’s ideal for buying or selling higher-end items (over $500 in value) that need that extra security and peace of mind we provide. Generally, our customers use our service when the buyer and seller don’t know each other, for purchases on auction sites, classified ads, B2B e-commerce sites, and online shops.

No. Sensational Transport is a neutral third party that ensures the transaction is processed smoothly, protecting both the buyer and seller. We don’t have any knowledge of the item being sold. In most cases, we have a limited relationship with both parties. If the buyer has any questions, they should reach out to the seller directly.

The Inspection Period is the specified amount of time agreed upon by both parties in which the Buyer may examine the merchandise after receipt. The time frame selected for the Buyer can range between 1 to 30 days and must be agreed upon by all parties at the beginning of the transaction. The Inspection Period begins when the Buyer receives the item. The Buyer must accept or reject the goods within this period. Buyers and Sellers should make sure the inspection period provides adequate time for any authentication and/or appraisal process that may be necessary to complete the transaction.

By using the Lien Payoff Service, both the buyer and seller ensure that the current lien holder will be paid off at the completion of the transaction. Once the transaction is initiated and the Lien Payoff Service is requested, Sensational Transport will reach out to the seller to gather the lien holder’s contact and account details by requesting the Title Release Instructions.

We’ll then contact the lien holder to confirm the payoff amount and instructions. When the transaction is finalised, Sensational Transport will send the payoff cheque to the lien holder by the next business day. We’ll also include the Title Release Instructions, requesting that the title be sent to the new buyer. If there’s any balance remaining, it will be sent to the seller.

Please note that not all lien holders allow the title to be sent directly to the new buyer; some require it to be sent to the seller first. Lien holders may also hold the title until payment has cleared.

As specified in the escrow terms, if the Buyer rejects the merchandise, the Seller is required to pay for return shipping fees.

Your payment has to be sent only after calling Sensational Transport to request the payment instructions and only using the payment instructions provided by Sensational Transport.

Arrangements can be made to accept funds from financing institutions. Please verify with the financing institution whether payment can be made to a third party such as Sensational Transport before beginning the transaction.

In the event of a cancelled transaction, the Buyer’s funds will be refunded back to the original source of the payment method used to fund the transaction.

 

Yes. We offer secure, clean storage for small and large vehicles like sedans, SUV's, trucks, RV's, boats, motorcycles and heavy equipment.

With Sensational Transport, every step in your transaction is verified with proven tracking and verification procedures. Sensational Transport ships and tracks delivery of the item and the Seller isn’t paid until the Buyer accepts the item, or the agreed upon inspection period expires.

Sensational Transport may release funds to the Seller after the Inspection Period has ended. The Inspection Period is agreed upon by both parties and commences once the Buyer confirms receipt or Sensational Transport confirms delivery of the item. In the event the transaction closes without involvement from the Buyer, a 48 hour notice may be sent to the Buyer. Funds are released to the Seller the same or next business day after successful completion of a transaction and upon verification by Sensational Transport.

The shipping is started by Sensational Transport once the payment from the Buyer is secured in the escrow account.

Yes. Before starting the shipping, Sensational Transport makes sure that the item shipped is the item listed in the agreement by verifying the documents and the item unique identification numbers.

Your funds remain in our secured escrow non-interest bearing trust account until the transaction concludes.

If, by any reason, the item does not pass the Buyer’s inspection, it will be returned to the Seller, on Seller’s expense and the funds will be returned to the Buyer in full within 24 hours.

Wire transfers are processed once received into the Sensational Transport trust account. International transfers usually take three to five business days to reach us. Credit card and PayPal payments are processed on the same or next business day. Cheques and money orders aren’t approved until 10 business days after Sensational Transport receives the payment, except for Australian Postal money orders, which can be verified upon receipt. Sensational Transport only processes payments during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 9:00pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

The Buyer has the Inspection Period (a length of time agreed to by both parties) to accept the items. If dissatisfied, the Buyer must return the items to the Seller. Once the item is returned, Sensational Transport will release the funds back to the Buyer. In any case, on return, the Seller is responsible for return shipping fees.

To help ensure the integrity of merchandise, the access on our storage areas or adjacent to cargo handling and storage areas is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access to our facilities can lead to employee and visitor injuries and, in some cases, fatalities. Prevention is essential. Visitors must possess photo identification for documentation purposes upon arrival. Visitors will visibly display temporary identification. In order to gain Visitor Access Authorization, a person must be the owner of an item stored in one of our storage facilities.
